The City of McKinney is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide golf carts and related services for various City-sponsored events. The City may require different types and quantities of golf carts depending on the size, location, type, and specific requirements of each event. The awarded vendor(s) shall provide delivery, installation, on-site support, and removal of golf carts. The vendor shall have the capacity to accommodate varying event sizes, locations, golf cart quantities, and schedules, and shall designate a responsive point of contact available before and during events. The vendor shall provide qualified personnel to deliver, operate, maintain, and remove golf carts, and shall promptly address golf cart failures, safety concerns, or other service issues, repairing or replacing defective carts at no additional cost to the City when attributable to the Vendor.
