RFB - Request For Bid
The awarded vendor must provide one Canon black and white MICR production unit capable of printing 216 images per minute or higher, with a minimum duty cycle of 5 million monthly impressions. The scope includes equipment installation, project management, training, and a proof-of-concept demonstration. The vendor must also provide a service and maintenance plan with 24/5 support, a service team of at least 5 Canon factory-trained technicians, and a replacement guarantee program. Deployment must be completed within 30 days of purchase order execution. The printer will be used for printing warrants, electronic funds transfer documents, W2s, water bills, water notices, financials, and various reports.
