The subscription must be a renewal of the brand Smartsheet, delivered electronically. The bidder must ensure that the proposed pricing reflects the Smartsheet Loyalty Benefit – Paid User Discount, as confirmed by Smartsheet. The bidder must also be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for Smartsheet and provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer.
