The winning bidder must perform annual STI SP001 inspections of aboveground storage fuel tanks at 45 LARICS LMR site locations, scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The bidder must provide their own service vehicles capable of off-road terrain, as most sites are in mountaintop locations, and must secure a permit from the Catalina Island Conservancy for the three Catalina Island sites. The bidder must submit STI SP001 annual inspection report documentation for each inspected site within 48 hours after completion. The bidder is responsible for any damage during inspection, must clean and return all areas to original condition, and must check and provide pictures of the site fuel tank monitoring console before and after the job. Work must be scheduled during daytime within LA County approved work hours from Monday through Thursday, and the bidder must coordinate with County ISD personnel for site access.
