Perform Annual STI SP001 Inspections of Aboveground Storage Fuel Tank for 45 LARICS LMR Sites locations, scheduled for the first quarter of Year 2027. The bidder is responsible for providing their own service vehicles to perform the inspections since most of these sites are in mountaintop locations with off-road terrain conditions. Three of these sites are in Santa Catalina Island and the Bidder must provide their own Service Vehicle into the Island as well securing the Permit to the Catalina Island Conservancy if needed. The winning bidder must provide/submit the STI SP001 Annual Inspections Report Documentation for each of inspected sites within 48 hours after completion as scheduled. The winning bidder is responsible for any damage that may arise during the inspection. All areas accessed or disturbed during the process will be cleaned, secured and/or returned to their original condition. The winning bidder must return all system setting to normal after each site inspection. The bidder must check/provide pictures of the site fuel tank monitoring console (OMNTEC or equivalent fuel monitoring system) before the start of the job and after completion. The bidder shall provide all necessary tools and materials to perform the job on site including conformance to safety practices/standards. Work should be scheduled and should be done during the daytime within LA County approved work hours from Monday through Thursday. Ensure all materials and unnecessary items used in this project are removed from site once work is completed. Bidder to coordinate with County of Los Angeles ISD Personnel regarding the schedule of work to provide access to the site. The Bidder will be accompanied by LA County ISD Personnel to ensure access to the site when scheduled. Bidder shall have the proper vehicle with off-road capability or equivalent to safety drive access roads to some of these sites located in the mountain areas.
