The bidder must supply 13 Canon imageFORMULA DR-G2090 (brand only) sheetfed scanners with specified features including 600 dpi optical resolution, color/grayscale/black-and-white scanning, duplex scanning, USB interface, and bundled software. The scanners must be new, unused, current models. Delivery is FOB delivered to the Santa Fe Springs Warehouse. The bidder must also provide manufacturer's warranty information and authorization letters confirming they are an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider.
