The bidder must supply 150 packs (25 tests/pack) of Techlab Shiga Toxin QuikChek STEC Assay (MFG Part # T30625) with no substitutions or alternates accepted. Delivery consists of 5 separate shipments of 30 packs each, scheduled for October 2026, December 2026, February 2027, April 2027, and June 2027. Each shipment includes a fuel surcharge fee, integrity packaging fee, and freight fee. All items must be delivered F.O.B. destination (freight prepaid and allowed) to the Public Health Laboratory at 12750 Erickson Avenue, Downey, CA 90242.
