Interested and qualified proposers who meet the minimum qualifications and can successfully demonstrate their ability to provide similar services at comparable facilities in accordance with the requirements as stated in this RFP are invited to submit a proposal.
The selected proposer will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Arcadia Tennis Center, including operating a pro-shop, managing tennis and pickleball courts, selling prepackaged food and beverages, renting and repairing equipment, collecting court fees, providing instruction and lessons, maintaining the premises and equipment, developing a Community Benefits Program, and completing required and proposed Capital Improvement Projects. The proposer must also pay monthly rent to the County, contribute to a Capital Improvement Program Fund, and comply with all terms of the Sample Agreement.
