The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Arcadia Tennis Center. Interested and qualified proposers who meet the minimum qualifications and can successfully demonstrate their ability to provide similar services at comparable facilities in accordance with the requirements as stated in this RFP are invited to submit a proposal.

The Selected Proposer will be responsible for the management, overall operation, and general maintenance of the Tennis Center, including managing, operating and maintaining a pro-shop and tennis and pickleball courts; selling prepackaged food and beverages; renting and/or repairing tennis and pickleball equipment; selling tennis and pickleball merchandise and equipment; collecting fees for court usage; providing top quality instruction at all levels; maintaining courts for free play; providing a plan for responding to emergencies; providing community and recreational services; completing required and any proposed Capital Improvements; and providing improvements, furnishings, and equipment. The Proposer must also develop a Community Benefits Program, pay a utility usage fee of $500 per month, and comply with all terms of the Sample Concession Agreement.
