RFB - Request For Bid
The solicitation covers seven commodity lines: (1) EditShare FLEX Cloud Sync Server (ES-FLEX-CLOUD-SYNC-SVR) for syncing on-premise data to the cloud; (2) EditShare FLEX Sync perpetual license (ES-FLEXSYNC-PERP); (3) Remote commissioning per day (ES-COMM-REMOTE); (4) One day remote product training for up to 5 people (ES-TRAIN); (5) Five units of EditShare Annual Support Contract - Standard (ES-SUP-STANDARD) covering 9x5 support, software updates, and hardware replacement; (6) Netgear M4350-24X8F8V Ethernet switch (XSM4340V-100NES); and (7) Two Proline Cisco SFP-10G-T-CAT compatible transceivers (SFP-10G-T-CAT-PRO). All equipment must be new, unused, current models, and meet California and County safety requirements.
