A non-mandatory site visit will be held -
All Site Visit Attendees are to meet inside the front entrance of the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center, 420 N. James Road, Columbus, OH 43219. Please arrive at the Volunteer Services Information Desk at 1:45 p.m. Local Time on September 16, 2026. The Site Visit will start immediately at 2:00 p.m. and go on until 3:30 p.m. for this requirement.
All questions must be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Gina P. Crank @ gina.crank@va.gov NLT September 18, 2026, by 12 Noon. All responses will be provided by September 21, 2026, by 2:00 p.m.
All Offers are due by September 22, 2026, by 2:00 p.m.
The contractor must design, build, install, and train VA staff on a new audio-visual system in the Large and Small LRC meeting rooms. The work includes removal of old equipment, installation of new equipment, custom programming for Microsoft Teams integration, and conducting combined in-person and virtual meetings. Specific tasks include creating CAD drawings, project management, off-site system build, programming, de-installation of existing equipment, on-site installation, commissioning, and system certification with training. The contractor must provide a 1-year support plan for service, repairs, maintenance, and remote support.
