LAHD seeks qualified vendors to provide site-design analysis services. The selected contractor should have experience in designing affordable and accessible housing and experience in evaluating innovative new housing designs and construction costs for multifamily housing developments using various materials (traditional, modular, fabricated, etc.) The selected contractor should also have knowledge of key affordable housing development elements including but not limited to key elements of Low Income Housing Tax Credit funded projects, housing design needs for homeless and aging populations, design requirements of the various Community Plans throughout the City of Los Angeles, and best practices in housing design.
