Vendors may provide services in one or more of seven categories: Individual Education and Skills Development, Community Health Promotion, Provider Education, Coalition and Network Development, Organizational Practices and Community Norms, Policy Advocacy for Environmental Change, and Risk Reduction Initiatives. Vendors must meet minimum mandatory qualifications including experience, non-profit status, and a local office.
