County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is issuing an RFSQ to solicit SOQ's for contracts with qualified contractors for the provision of As-Needed Substance Use Prevention Services. Proposals will be received on a continuous basis and considered for review at the convenience of the County. Vendors may provide services in one or more of seven categories: Individual Education and Skills Development, Community Health Promotion, Provider Education, Coalition and Network Development, Organizational Practices and Community Norms, Policy Advocacy for Environmental Change, and Risk Reduction Initiatives. Vendors must meet minimum mandatory qualifications including experience, non-profit status, and a local office.
