The contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, materials and labor necessary to remove and replace approximately 1,500 +/- Sq. Ft. of existing asphalt shingle roof, underlayment, all penetration flashings, hip & valley flashings, and wall flashings, including approximately 175 LF of edge/perimeter drip metal, new shingle material, leak barrier system, underlayment, flashings, counter flashings, caps, composite sleepers, painting of flashings and vents, permits, daily cleanup, barricades and daily updates to the project manager.
