The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, permits, disposal, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing Built-Up Roofing (BUR) system and install a new 60-mil mechanically fastened Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing system. The work includes demolition of the existing roofing system, inspection and replacement of deteriorated roof sheathing as required, installation of DensDeck roof boards (or equal), installation of all associated flashings, edge metal, sealants, and accessories, and all work necessary to provide a complete, watertight roofing assembly. The Contractor must also coordinate the manufacturer's final inspection and correct any deficiencies required to obtain the manufacturer's warranty. The project is located at Fire Station 90, 10115 E. Rush St., South El Monte, CA 91733.
