The contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, and labor necessary to remove all existing roofing down to roof decking, including flashing and mastic around vents, curbs, penetrations, and parapet walls; remove scupper drains and inspect drainpipes, replacing as necessary with new PVC drainpipe; inspect roof decking and repair as necessary; install insulation, vapor barrier, overlay board, and three-ply base sheet and cap sheet SBS roofing system; install new flashing throughout including caps on parapet walls, penetrations, HVAC curbing; install new pressure treated wood sleepers for conduits and required equipment; reseal all ducting for HVAC and roof equipment; and repair paint drywall/stucco for drainpipe replacement. Daily clean-up and debris removal is required, and the contractor must provide daily updates to the LACoFD Project Manager.
