Vendor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to perform four-hour load bank testing on seven (7) Motoren Turbinen Union (MTU) emergency diesel generator assemblies, each rated 2,000kW, 4,160 volts. Testing must follow specified load increments and durations (60 min at 30%, 120 min at 50%, 60 min at 75% of rated load) over 10 consecutive business days. The work includes rental of a trailer-mounted 2500KVA multi-tap transformer assembly (480V to 4160V), 1300 ft of heavy-duty double-insulated 480-volt cam-lok cabling (26 cables at 50 ft lengths), 26-male and 26-female heavy-duty double-insulated 480-volt cam-lok pigtail connectors, and transportation for delivery and pick-up of the transformer assembly. A report of every generator tested with actual log readings must be presented to the project manager.
