The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this Request for Rate (RFR) to obtain responses from qualified firms and establish an Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services Master Agreement (EMARS) for dialysis equipment
Commodity: MAINT & REPAIR - HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, GENERAL

Contractor shall provide routine maintenance services as required by the manufacturer's maintenance instructions for all dialysis equipment covered under the Master Agreement, including diagnosis, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, safety inspection, functional tests, adjustments, calibrations, and replacement of worn or defective parts. Contractor shall also provide as-needed repair services, responding to service calls within four hours, and perform rework at no cost to the County. Services include on-site educational training, maintaining written service reports, and assisting with the Facilities' Equipment Risk Management Program. The work is performed at LAC+USC Medical Center and other County facilities as added.
