The contractor shall provide a secure, appropriately monitored, temporary placement for Veterans participating in substance abuse/mental health treatment programs at VALLHS. Services include 24-hour staffing, semi-private quarters, supportive services, transportation to and from VA Loma Linda Medical Center and outpatient clinics, three meals daily, laundry facilities, and all necessary supplies. The contractor must maintain a facility that meets Life Safety Code standards, possess a valid California Business License, and ensure all staff meet specified qualifications including certifications in addiction counseling and Basic Life Support. The contractor must also provide a designated office space for VA staff, maintain records, and comply with all privacy and security requirements.
