The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Arcadia Tennis Center. Interested and qualified proposers who meet the minimum qualifications and can successfully demonstrate their ability to provide similar services at comparable facilities in accordance with the requirements as stated in this RFP are invited to submit a proposal.

The selected proposer will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Arcadia Tennis Center, including operating a pro-shop, selling prepackaged food and beverages, renting and repairing tennis and pickleball equipment, collecting court fees, providing tennis and pickleball instruction, maintaining the courts and facilities, and completing required capital improvements. The proposer must also develop a Community Benefits Program and comply with the County's Integrated Pest Management Program.
