The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Arcadia Tennis Center. Interested and qualified proposers who meet the minimum qualifications and can successfully demonstrate their ability to provide similar services at comparable facilities in accordance with the requirements as stated in this RFP are invited to submit a proposal.

The Selected Proposer will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Arcadia Tennis Center, including managing a pro-shop, tennis and pickleball courts; selling prepackaged food and beverages; renting and repairing equipment; selling merchandise; collecting court usage fees; providing tennis and pickleball instruction; maintaining the premises; completing required capital improvements; and developing a Community Benefits Program. The proposer must also pay monthly rent to the County, contribute to a Capital Improvement Program fund, and comply with all terms of the Sample Concession Agreement.
