The vendor shall provide security and surveillance hardware, software, systems and services including video surveillance, camera hardware, recording and storage, video management software, physical access controls, keycards, fobs, door controllers, door locks, intrusion detection, fencing sensors, outdoor motion detectors, panic buttons, alarms, installation services, configuration, warranty/support, integration, training, and maintenance. The vendor must support existing systems manufacturers including Aiphone, Allegion, Avigilon, Hanwha, Hirsch, Honeywell, Velocity, and Verint. The vendor shall be an authorized distributor/reseller/partner, have at least three years of experience, use certified technicians, and provide a minimum one-year warranty. The contract is for use by the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) on behalf of all state agencies, with work performed in Kentucky.
