The selected vendor will supply the entire Adobe product portfolio on an as-needed basis, including core platforms such as Acrobat Sign, Creative Cloud Pro, Adobe Analytics Enterprise, Journey Optimizer, AEM Sites, Optimizer, and Adobe Target Premium, along with associated development and integration tools. The vendor must also deliver professional services related to implementation, configuration, customization, integration, training, and ongoing support of Adobe solutions. The contract is an indefinite quantity Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) with no minimum guarantees, and the vendor must honor existing volume and enterprise license agreements, provide pre-sale advisement, and maintain a website specific to products and services under the contract.
