The vendor must provide network security software (including firewall management, rule base analysis, web gateways, endpoint security, SSL certificates, data-in-transit encryption, two-factor authentication, and vulnerability testing), hardware (including firewall infrastructure, unified threat management, intrusion protection systems, data protection, email/SMTP relays, and content performance hardware), and related services (maintenance, support, training, and on-site support). The vendor must also provide authorized reseller verification, comply with COT requirements including NIST 800-53, IRS Publication 1075, and Kentucky data protection laws, and meet service level agreements for response times and delivery.
