Reclaim mine portals on property impacted by pre-law portals and flowing water that is affecting access and eroding the slope. Install four standard closures on existing portals including three AML standard wildlife closures with 40 linear feet of subdrain beneath the closures, open the collapsed portal and install 8 HDPE for drainage, install 20 linear feet of 18 HDPE with concrete headwall under the driveway, install subdrain behind the residence, place Class III backfill at outlets of all HDPE pipes, and perform site preparation, silt control, earthwork with excavation and transportation to the waste area and final grading at the site and waste area, with landscape allowance and structure removal and replacement in kind.
