The project will restore driveway access for two homes, clean up slide material in the yard, and install temporary protections. Slide material will be hauled to a previously used AML waste site located 2.9 miles from the project site on a reclaimed and fully released permit area. The waste material will be buried under topsoil excavated at the waste site to promote proper revegetation. The ditch above the driveway will be cleaned out and re-established with a temporary sump and silt trap as well as a debris barrier to prevent further damage. Project limits include 1.85 acres with an expected disturbance of 0.8 acre within project boundaries; the offsite waste area includes 9.35 acres with an expected disturbance of 0.2 acres. No trees over 3 DBH will be removed and no streams or waterways will be impacted.

Most Kentucky work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
