The work consists of condition-based cleaning of sewer mainlines and non-PACP post-cleaning verification for MSDGC. It includes robotic television inspection (crawler camera and jetter camera) of pipes from 6 to 60 inches in diameter, light and heavy sewer cleaning, grinding of protruding service connections, advanced flow control (bypass pumping), and advanced traffic control (flagging crew, arrow board, police presence). Work is assigned via work orders, and the contractor must update Cityworks work orders. The contractor shall maintain sewer flow at all times and prevent backups. Post-cleaning visual inspection must confirm obstacles are reduced to 5% or less of the pipe's inside diameter.
