The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems. All areas are to be demolished down to the existing metal/concrete roof deck and replaced with new 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane over 2 layers of 2.2 rigid insulation & cover board. Tapered insulation shall be used at all drainage crickets & saddles & around the existing RTU. Masonry Repairs & through wall flashings under existing stone copings at parapets to be installed as noted.
