The vendor shall provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, and perform janitorial services five days per week (Monday through Friday) during business hours (7:00am-6:00pm) with 24 daily person-hours (3 employees at 8 hours/day). Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming entrances/exits, cleaning parking areas, collecting trash, cleaning bathrooms, drinking fountains, and kitchen sinks. Weekly tasks include dusting ceilings, high corners, horizontal surfaces, cleaning door kicks, push plates, handles, frames, polishing metal surfaces, cleaning interior glass, and spray buffing tile floors. Monthly tasks include polishing furniture, cleaning telephones, vacuuming/cleaning furniture, vacuuming or dusting blinds/drapes/chairs, and replacing bulbs within 10 feet ceiling height. Quarterly tasks include cleaning hallway and visitation room carpets (extraction method), cleaning inside/outside of waste baskets, and damp cleaning ceiling vents. Semi-annually, the vendor shall clean inside of all windows, wash Venetian blinds, clean outside of ground floor windows, damp clean walls and baseboards, wash light fixture lenses, and strip, seal, and wax all tile floors using a six-step method.
