Work shall consist of the removal and the proper disposal of buildings, fences, septic tanks, driveways, paved areas, conduits, and other miscellaneous structures and encumbrances, which exist upon or within the right of way and/or easements areas on the designated parcels. Parcel 7 requires demolition of a 1,564 SF residential building with metal roofing and vinyl siding, a concrete basement, and removal of all debris including wooden pallets and concrete steps. Parcel 20 requires demolition of a 784 SF vinyl-sided building with a metal roof, multiple wooden porches, a 300 SF wooden shed, and removal of debris including a picnic table and tires. All vegetation can remain in place unless removal is needed for access to structure. The contractor must also fill basements and holes, seed disturbed areas, and dispose of materials at a permitted facility.
