ASBESTOS ABATEMENT, BUILDING DEMOLITION, AND LOT RESTORATION

Building Size: Approximately 10,114 square feet, excluding the front awning.
Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, transportation, disposal and services to complete asbestos abatement including removal of asbestos-containing drywall, joint compound and kitchen sheet flooring with containment, air monitoring and disposal at authorized facilities, followed by complete demolition of the approximately 10,114-square-foot building including structure, walls, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, slab, footings, foundations and front awning, coordination of utility disconnections, handling of regulated materials, hauling and disposal of all debris, and backfilling, grading and cleanup to leave the lot clean, safe and stable with positive drainage subject to City acceptance.
