Supply and deliver certified Engineered Wood Fiber playground safety surfacing to ordering Kansas State Parks via individual purchase orders with no guaranteed volume. Material must be 100% virgin hardwood, mechanically shredded to 2 inches maximum, IPEMA certified to ASTM F1292, F2075 and F1951 and CPSC recommendations, delivered FOB Destination within five business days Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4 PM CST and dumped into designated staging areas using terrain-appropriate vehicles. Pricing is per cubic yard with uniform material price and location-variable freight, for a term from award through December 31, 2028 with three 12-month renewals, awarded location-by-location.
