The contractor must deliver two 1.5-yard dumpsters (one at the Lodge and one at the Campground) no later than April 1, 2027. Services include: emptying the dumpsters once in April (last Tuesday), weekly from May 1 through September 30 (Mondays), twice in October and November (last Tuesday), and on-call service with 48-hour notice for regular waste and large-item/illegal waste removal (e.g., tires, mattresses, furniture).
