The Iowa Department of Corrections (DOC) seeks to procure software, hosting, consulting services, and ongoing maintenance and support for a new Offender Management System (OMS). The OMS must be a commercial, off-the-shelf solution and will comply with all applicable laws, leverage modern technology, and support DOC's mission to enhance operational efficiency and advance best practices in offender management. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years, and the State shall have the sole option to renew the contract upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions for up to five (5) annual extensions.
