The contractor must remove existing sidewalk, one tree stump, and one vault restroom building, backfill the void with modified subbase, and install a new prefabricated precast concrete vault toilet building (single vault, right entry) with electrical service connection (120/240V, single phase), sidewalk, ADA parking space, and parking bumper. Work also includes painting, site grading, erosion control, seeding, stockpiling crushed stone, temporary traffic control, and installation of traffic signs. The contractor must provide all excavation, backfilling, finish grading, and suitable bedding for the vault. Work is permitted Monday to Thursday only, with 20 working days starting approximately May 3, 2027.
