Iowa DAS Fleet Services is seeking bids from dealerships to provide MY27 Hyundai sedans or equivalent
Bidders are to price four vehicle categories: SED 1 (mid-size 4-door front-wheel-drive sedan with 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine), SED 2 (mid-size 4-door front-wheel-drive sedan with 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine), HEV 10 (mid-size 4-door front-wheel-drive hybrid sedan with 1.6L gas/electric hybrid engine), and HEV 11 (mid-size 4-door front-wheel-drive hybrid sedan with 2.0L gas/electric hybrid engine). Each vehicle category specifies base specifications including powerplant, doors and windows, electrical features, exterior dimensions, interior appointments, safety systems, and tires/wheels. Bidders may add optional costs for engine block heaters, additional key sets, exterior mirrors and packages, undercoating, interior upgrades, and advanced safety features such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot detection, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, park assist, rear cross traffic alert, and remote start. Bidders must also provide delivery pricing on a per-mile basis and delivery cost to Des Moines, IA.
