Statewide Courier Services
The successful bidder must provide courier services to locations across the State of Iowa, including daily routes (may be less frequent) and on-call pick-up and delivery. Services include transporting confidential documents, legal filings, medical/biohazard materials, sensitive equipment, and heavy cargo up to 120 pounds. The bidder must maintain a fleet of vehicles with real-time GPS tracking, provide proof of delivery documentation, and adhere to strict security and confidentiality protocols. The bidder must also maintain a dedicated account representative, a dispatch center, and a technology platform for service requests and tracking.
