SILC was awarded funds in FY26 to be utilized with the specific purpose of conducting transportation activities to increase transportation options in Illinois. SILC initially budgeted for FY27 without funds for transportation activities. In FY26, SILC did not spend all of the funds allocated for transportation activities.
Therefore, we are requesting the increase in order to add remaining transportation activity funds to be utilized for the same purpose in FY27.
