The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) seeks to contract, on a Statewide basis, with MCOs to provide managed care services to beneficiaries enrolled in the State of Indiana’s four Medicaid Managed Care programs – Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, and Indiana PathWays for Aging (“PathWays”). Together, these programs will help approximately 1.5 million Hoosiers.
The contractor will provide managed care services to beneficiaries enrolled in the Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, and Indiana PathWays for Aging programs, serving approximately 1.5 million Hoosiers. The contractor must participate in a readiness review process, provide evidence of financial responsibility, meet IVOSB participation goals, maintain specified insurance coverages, and comply with all applicable laws and contract terms including liquidated damages provisions.
