The contractor must staff at least one full-time employee, recruit and train volunteers, accept complaints from any source, complete investigations in appropriate timeframes, notify complainants and agencies/facilities upon completion of each review, determine whether complaints have merit and issue recommendations when needed, follow up on recommendations and refer non-compliance to appropriate oversight bodies, provide quarterly reports of all activities to DMHA, and compile annual statistics detailing complaint types, findings, and agencies/facilities that did not comply with recommendations.

Most Indiana work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
