The Enrollment Broker will provide choice counseling and enrollment activities for Medicaid managed care programs. Tasks include operating a helpline, conducting member education and choice counseling, managing member enrollment and disenrollment, developing and maintaining information systems, producing and distributing member materials, managing printing and mailing, and performing start-up and transition activities. The contractor must employ key staff including a Project Manager, Operations Supervisor, Information Systems Coordinator, and Quality and Training Coordinator. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and performance standards, and meet reporting requirements including monthly status reports, program data, and annual reports.
