RFP 27-88018 Data Collections Services The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) data collection services. The selected Contractor will support the collection, management, quality assurance, and reporting of population health survey data in accordance with requirements established by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and IDOH.
The contractor shall conduct all survey administration activities to achieve annual data collection goals, including administration of the CDC Core BRFSS questionnaire, optional modules, and state-added questions via cellular and landline telephone interviewing. The contractor will manage sample files, track dispositions, schedule callbacks, conduct refusal conversion, and monitor representativeness. Survey programming includes annual CDC revisions, testing, and validation. Data management includes processing, validation, monthly dataset production, CDC submission, and reporting. The contractor must maintain a comprehensive QA/QC program, provide staffing and training, coordinate with IDOH and CDC, and support special studies and oversampling as requested.
