Fort Wayne FY2025 OPC RLP Amendment 1

The Lessor must design, construct, and maintain a building shell and tenant improvements for a VA Outpatient Clinic of approximately 28,083 - 32,295 ABOA square feet on no more than two contiguous floors, including 161 dedicated surface/outside parking spaces, a fully serviced lease with all utilities, taxes, and janitorial included, and compliance with all technical requirements including energy efficiency, accessibility, fire protection, and security at Facility Security Level II. The Lessor must complete all work within 508 Working Days following the Lease Award Date, including design intent drawings, construction documents, and tenant improvements, and must provide a valid Certificate of Occupancy.
