RFP 27-88284 FSSA DDARS BBA No Wrong Door The Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA), acting on behalf of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s, Division of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services’, Bureau of Better Aging, requires Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) process modernization, implementation, operations, and transition to the agency for the No Wrong Door program with the Bureau of Better Aging.
The Contractor will modernize the MAC administrative and operational framework, implement and pilot revised time study tools and methodologies, develop standardized cost reporting and cost pooling processes, strengthen AAA monitoring and quality improvement through MAC data, operate MAC functions for the initial two-year term (with potential for continued operations during any State-approved extension), onboard additional agencies upon FSSA direction, and prepare the State for long-term sustainability. Deliverables include an updated activity catalog, time study methodology and tool, training materials, cost reporting templates and guidance, monthly and quarterly operational reports, evaluation summaries, recommendations, transition documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. Specific due dates for deliverables will be established in the approved project management plan.
