The selected vendor will assist in fiscal reviews, provide training materials for Local Education Agencies (LEAs), and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
The contractor will assist in fiscal reviews of up to 13 Tier 3 LEAs, covering fiscal policies and procedures, allowability of costs, time and effort, financial management systems, records retention, inventory management, excess cost calculator, CEIS/CCEIS, and proportionate share. Deliverables include Fiscal Monitoring Reports, LEA Training Materials, and regular Status Reports. The contractor will facilitate bi-weekly virtual status meetings and develop yearly fiscal monitoring training materials for LEAs in Tier 2 and Tier 3.
