The tenant will farm approximately 332 acres in 2027, 196 acres in 2028, 314 acres in 2029, and 184 acres in 2030, planting corn and beans according to the rotation in Exhibit B. The tenant must leave a 4 to 24 row wide strip of crop standing in each field for wildlife food, plant cover crops (winter rye on corn acres excluding Refuge J, K, and L; winter wheat on Refuge L soybean acres in 2028 and 2030), dormant seed Area 8 SW with mesic pollinator seed mix after bean harvest in 2028, and pay cash rent before January 15 of each contract year.
