Sealed proposals will be received by the Paulding County Department of Finance, 240 Constitution Blvd

Bids will be opened and read aloud at the 2nd Floor Board of Commissioners board room 240 Constitution
Blvd, Dallas, Georgia 30132 at shortly after 10:00 a.m. EST. Proposals received after the designated time
will not be considered. The OWNER of the project is the Paulding County Board of Commissioners.

The purchase of Lenovo branded computer/laptop hardware and Surface Tablets.
Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Paulding County Euna Bonfire eProcurement Portal at
https://paulding.bonfirehub.com no later than 10:00 a.m., local time, on Friday, October 23, 2026.
While electronic submission through Bonfire is the County's preferred method of receipt, sealed hard copy
bids delivered to the Purchasing Division, 240 Constitution Blvd., 2nd Floor, Dallas, GA 30132 prior to the
designated deadline may also be accepted. Vendors are strongly encouraged to register in Bonfire and
submit electronically, as future solicitations may require electronic submission exclusively. All sealed
hardcopy bids must be clearly labeled, “Bid No. 27009-4501, FY 2027 Computer Purchase”.
Bid documents are available for download at https://paulding.bonfirehub.com. All questions related
to the bid documents are due by no later than 10:00 a.m. on October 14, 2026.
