The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified service
providers for the Purchase and Installation of Fence on an Annual Contract with four options to renew for
various Gwinnett County Departments.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the BL#
and Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time on October 15, 2026 at the Gwinnett
County Financial Services - Purchasing Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted. The bid opening will be virtual ONLY. To access

Bids are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate.
Successful service providers will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should
be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating
of A-7 or higher.

The work includes demolition and removal of existing fencing and gates, repair of damaged or deteriorated fencing systems, and installation of new fence and gate systems. Types include galvanized chain link fence, vinyl coated chain link fence, wood fence, aluminum fence, rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fence, pasture fence, wood barrier/guardrail, playground barrier fence, and security enhancements such as concertina wire and barbed wire. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals. Work must begin within 10 business days and be completed within 30 days of purchase order date. Emergency requests must be completed the same day. The contract has a five-year term with four renewal options.
