Objective
The City of Kingsland invites qualified fencing contractors to submit a proposal for the installation of a
new fence and gates at 132 Royal Parkway. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing
labor, materials, equipment, installation, and related work necessary to complete the project in
accordance with the scope below.
Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide and install approximately 1,490 linear feet of 9-gauge black vinyl-coated
chain-link fence, 6 feet in height, including the following:
Approximately 1,490 linear feet of 9-gauge black vinyl-coated fence, 6 feet tall.
Three (3) 28-foot, manual, double-sided, aluminum cantilever gates with latches. Place bottom
rolling wheels on end for additional support.
One (1) 10-foot walk gate.
All terminal post (corners, ends and gate posts) and line post shall be set in concrete.
Gate locations and dimensions shall coordinate with and align with the newly installed driveways.
The contractor shall provide and install approximately 1,490 linear feet of 9-gauge black vinyl-coated chain-link fence, 6 feet in height, including three 28-foot manual double-sided aluminum cantilever gates with latches and bottom rolling wheels, one 10-foot walk gate, all terminal and line posts set in concrete, top rail, bottom tension wire, and coordinate gate locations with newly installed driveways. The contractor must verify all field measurements before ordering materials or beginning installation, and installation shall follow the project map provided by the Owner.
