Weekly Landscaping Property Service Report
The contractor will provide mowing, edging, blowing of hardscapes, weed treatment, pruning of shrubs and trees, litter removal, and management of planting beds, islands, and tree wells at five parks in the Southwest section: Lucky Shoals Park (7 acres), Lilburn Activity Building (2 acres), Sweet Water Park (13 acres), Graves Park (15 acres), and Bethesda Park (14 acres). Services are required weekly from March through October and every other week from November through February. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, and equipment, and subcontractors are not permitted.
